What the site collects
Every request to the server adds one line to the nginx access log, in its default combined format. A line holds the visitor's IP address, the date and time, the requested page, the response status and size, the referring page and the browser's user agent string.
The logs keep the site running and secure, for example by showing errors and abuse. They are not used for analytics or advertising. They stay on the server and are shared with no one.
Fonts are served from the site's own server, not from Google Fonts. The regulators' logos are also served from the site's own server, so no request goes to a regulator when a page loads. A short inline script works the phone menu, makes no request and stores nothing. Details on cookies are on the Cookie policy page.
Big Licence is not a casino, takes no bets and holds no money.
How long it keeps it
Logs are rotated daily and kept for 14 rotations, then deleted. That is about 14 days.
Where it is hosted
The site runs on a Hostinger KVM 4 server in Germany.
Your rights and who is responsible
The data controller's name is not decided yet, and neither is the legal entity behind the site. Until both are named, privacy questions, including any about the log lines described above, go to info@biglicence.co.uk.
If you think we are wrong
When a regulator changes a rule or a fact here is wrong, our team, which tests casinos and checks every fact before a page is published, reads the regulator's own page or register again and corrects this page. Corrections go to info@biglicence.co.uk.
